JACO Hybrid Training Center Owner Glenn Robinson is seeking an injunction against former Blackzilians coach Henri Hooft for violation of a non-compete agreement.
Robinson alleges that Hooft has recruited fighters from the Blackzilians gym to a new facility called Combat Club, according to Broward (Fla.) County Court records. MMAjunkie.com was the first to report the order on Wednesday.
The complaint alleges that Hooft and JACO entered into an independent contractor agreement on Dec. 22, 2013. An attached non-compete agreement shows that Hooft was barred from coaching fighters anywhere else for two years after ended his relationship with JACO and the Blackzilians.
