BJ Penn’s Camp Claims Extortion In Sexual Assault Allegations

Former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion BJ Penn (pictured) has been radio silent since Tuesday’s sexual assault allegations were made public, which forced the UFC to delay Penn’s return to action until after the MMA icon has been cleared of any wrongdoing, but that didn’t stop someone from Penn’s camp from coming to his defense.

A representative from Penn’s camp told TMZ Sports that Penn is being extorted by a former employee who quickly became bitter after getting fired from Penn’s website, BJPenn.com.

“In the almost 15 years that Penn has been a champion fighter there has not ever been any incident or allegation in regards to his conduct with women,” the rep stated.
