BJ Penn cleared of sexual assault after charges get tossed for insufficient evidence

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight and welterweight champion, BJ Penn, was recently cleared of all wrongdoing after one of his ex-employees filed a police report earlier this year accusing "The Prodigy" of sexual assault.

See how it all got started here.

Penn maintained his innocence since day one and insisted that his accuser, Pedro Alex Carrasco, was fired from his webmaster position for “unethical behavior” and looking for payback, as well as a payout, by drumming up tales of “perversion” and “cocaine abuse.”

Police in Hilo, Hawaii, turned the case over to the prosecuting attorney; however, the charges were tossed based on insufficient evidence, according to TMZ.
