Ben Nguyen’s performance on Saturday night couldn’t have gone any better.
The 28-year-old fighter fighter completely dominated recent title challenger and top-10 flyweight Tim Elliott in the main card of UFC Fight Night 110, submitting the Elliott in just 49 seconds into the fight. The rear-naked choke win improved Nguyen’s professional MMA record to 18-6, and his UFC run to 4-1. Nguyen is currently ranked No. 12 in the division, but is expected to rise up the rankings with the victory over Elliott.
