Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight titleholder Benson Henderson is no small fry.
"Smooth" might be what some call average at 5'9" but the 31-year-old veteran has made a notoriously steep trek down to the 155-pound division. But now with Henderson's home being the UFC welterweight division -- he last defeated Brandon Thatch in February before an injury put a halt to his ascent at 170 pounds -- it's full steam ahead for the MMA Lab fighter.
"I have to do the work to get to that title shot, but hard work isn't anything I've ever shied away from," Henderson told UFC.
