Georgi Karakhanyan has signed with Russian promotion Absolute Championship Berkut.
The organization confirmed the signing via social media on Wednesday. The 12-time Bellator veteran recently parted ways with the California-based organization. A date for Karakhanyan’s ACB debut is not yet certain.
Karakhanyan exited his second Bellator stint with losses in two of his last three bouts. Most recently, “Insane” suffered a unanimous decision loss to Henry Corrales at Bellator 192 on Jan. 20.
The Milennia MMA representative captured World Series of Fighting gold with a third-round submission of Lance Palmer in December 2013.
