The Bellator roster now has something else to fight for.
Bellator President Scott Coker announced Thursday on CBS Sports Network that the promotion will launch official rankings; top-10 lists are expected to be finalized in advance of Bellator 255 on April 2. The event also marks Bellator’s debut on the Showtime television network.
There will be seven men’s divisional rankings ranging from heavyweight to bantamweight and two women’s divisional rankings (featherweight and flyweight), as well as men’s and women’s pound-for-pound lists. Champions will be given the top spot in their respective weight classes.
