Bellator's Scott Coker and World Series of Fighting's Carlos Silva released respective statements on Tuesday's legalization of MMA in New York.
MMA is finally legalized in New York as of Tuesday, and as you'd expect, much of the attention has been centered around the UFC's planned debut at Madison Square Garden, as well as additional shows they'll hold across the state over the next couple of years. However, this also paves the path for other promotions such as Bellator MMA, World Series of Fighting, Titan FC, Ring of Combat, and countless others to stage events in the Empire State.
