On Saturday, September 29th in San Jose, California, Bellator MMA presents what has to be one of its biggest shows in company history. The main event is phenomenal, as middleweight champion Gegard Mousasi takes on welterweight champion Rory MacDonald, with Mousasi’s title at stake. If Rory wins, he’ll be the first simultaneous two-division champ in Bellator history.
The co-main event is a fourth fight between legends Rampage Jackson and Wanderlei Silva, with Wanderlei up 2-1 in the rivalry, having KO’d Rampage twice in PRIDE, before Rampage KO’d him at UFC 92. Ten years on, they meet again, and hopefully that fight isn’t difficult to watch.
