Bellator 162: "Shlemenko vs. Grove," which takes place at FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn., on Oct. 21, 2016, features a main event between former Middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko returning to the United States to take on Kendall Grove. Earlier in the night, however, Welterweight fighters Gilbert "Chocolate Thunder" Smith and Ricky Rainey will be in action in a meaningful "Prelims" undercard match.
In his last appearance, Rainey dropped a unanimous decision to Chidi Njokuani, ending a two-fight win streak in a fight in which "The Sniper" had arguably out-struck Njokuani and even scored a flash knockdown.
