Bellator 145: "Vengeance," which takes place inside Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., on Nov. 6, 2015, has undergone a significant change to the originally-scheduled Spike TV-televised main card.
The Featherweight contest between Justin Lawrence against Pat Curran is no longer taking place because the former champion suffered a knee injury in preparation for the fight.
Stepping in on little less than one month's notice to take Curran's place is Emmanuel Sanchez. It's a quick turnaround for "El Matador," who just defeated Henry Corrales on the televised portion of Bellator 143.
It's also a little surprising he'd be cleared to compete so soon -- Sanchez was significantly cut in that fight, but he was declared the winner by two out of three cageside judges.
