Bellator 142 payouts are 'Dynamite' for Tito Ortiz ($300k) and Phil Davis ($130k)

It's easy to see why mixed martial arts (MMA) legend and Bellator light heavyweight headliner Tito Ortiz is not ready to talk about retirement.

Not when he's slicing that kind of cheddar.

"The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" pocketed $300,000 in defeat to Liam McGeary, who captured the promotion's 205-pound strap -- along with a $50,000 payday -- in the Bellator 142 main event, which took place last Saturday night (Sept. 19, 2015) in San Jose, California.

Elsewhere on the card, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight contender Phil Davis was awarded $130,000 for his busy night of work, the second highest payout of the night.
