Any sensible person knew that undefeated, flashy, cocky, and oh so vicious welterweight striker Michael Page was an odds-on favorite to walk through 16-13 journeyman Rudy Bears on the Bellator 140 main card. All that was left was figuring out if Bears was capable of lasting the distance or if he was going to end up on the wrong-end of an "MVP" highlight reel.
There's your answer. A vicious, one-punch KO and a walkoff for the Englishman. It was seemingly inevitable considering Bears was dropped within the first 10 seconds of the fight and when Bears got a takedown he ended up getting rolled into mount momentarily.
