Just a few days ahead of Bellator 140: "Lima vs. Koreshkov," which takes place this Friday night (July 17, 2015) from Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., the Spike TV-televised main card has received a major change.
Brennan Ward was originally scheduled to face "War Horse" Gavin Sterritt as one of the featured Welterweight bouts on the main card. Today Bellator MMA announced that Sterritt withdrew from the bout and was cut from Bellator MMA roster as a result.
Stepping up on very short notice to take Sterritt's place is Roger "The Leprechaun" Carroll, who has six more wins on his record than "Irish Bad Boy" (as well as eight more losses).
