Former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten wouldn’t mind watching Fedor Emelianenko vs. Jon Jones at light-heavyweight.
While the excitement has died down following the unexpected announcement that Fedor Emelianenko would come out of retirement to compete in Mixed Martial Arts once again, several fighters continue to ponder the Russian legend's potential match-ups, as well as the division he should compete in.
Former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten is of the opinion that Fedor would be better suited in the promotion's 205-pound division. Speaking to Submission Radio, Rutten was keen to see Fedor shed a little extra weight to drop down to a division with fighter more his size.
