A bantamweight clash between Ian Entwistle and Rob Font at UFC 204 has been canceled after Entwistle was forced to withdraw from the event due to illness.
The promotion announced the cancellation on Friday. As a result, Saturday’s card will move forward with 11 bouts, and a lightweight matchup between Marc Diakese and Lukasz Sajewski has been moved from the UFC Fight Pass preliminary card to the FS1 prelims.
Font successfully weighed in and will receive his show money. Entwistle was not present at weight-ins. The exact nature of his illness was not disclosed.
