Andrea Lee landed overhand rights, she landed hooks to the body. She landed knees and elbows in the clinch. Lee landed hard leg kicks and a beautiful side kick for good measure.
Basically everything Lee threw Friday night, she landed. When it was over, Lee had a kimura submission victory over Jamie Thorton at 2:54 of the second round at LFA 23 in Bossier City, La. “KGB” defended her LFA women’s flyweight title with the victory.
In the first round, Lee could have easily been given a 10-8 score. She was dominant throughout. But Thorton was tough as nails and took all of Lee’s diversified offense.
