Sorry I am late to this party you guys. Last Monday, I started training at a wrestling school. I did not come prepared, I hadn’t worked out, if ever in my life. After the warm-ups I felt like jelly. The next day when I was headed to work I couldn’t move well. I am just now able to sit down for long periods of time. Lesson learned. I will be gaining some muscle and doing some cardio before I go back. Even after one day though, I gained tons more respect for EVERYONE that wrestles. I am sorry about the snarkyness and smarmyness in previous posts, kinda feel like a dick about it, but at the time that was my knowledge and perception.
