The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to “The Mothership” for a 34th time for UFC on ESPN 34 in Las Vegas.
The card hosted 14 bouts, which means 28 fighters made personal music selections to accompany them to the Octagon. The tracks were as varied as the background of the athletes, which came from five separate continents.
Deceased rap artists were honored by several fighters as Jesse Ronson entered to Sean “Ruck” Price’s “Boom Bye Yeah.” Price was half of the Brooklyn-based Boot Camp Clik’s iconic Heltah Skeltah duo along with Da Rockness Monstah until his untimely passing at the age of 43 in 2015.
