Ali Abdelaziz believes Conor McGregor retiring earlier this month was nothing more than a desperate plea for attention and a bid to stay relevant.
The renowned MMA manager roasted McGregor after the Irishman [allegedly] tried to steal the spotlight from women’s MMA GOAT Amanda Nunes following her successful featherweight title defense against Felicia Spencer in the UFC 250 main event.
“Same old prostitute, he wants attention,” Abdelaziz, who manages the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Kamaru Usman, said of McGregor. “He robbed poor Amanda Nunes out of her moment. Stop it.”
Abdelaziz would like to see McGregor come of retirement and earn his rematch with Khabib by facing either Tony Ferguson or Jorge Masvidal.
