Mexico’s Alexa Grasso has been forced to withdraw from her fight with Angela Hill due to undisclosed reasons. The UFC still plans on keeping Hill on the card and is actively working to find her a new opponent.
ESPN was the first to report the news; the promotion later confirmed the report.
Hill last fought in February where she outpointed Maryna Moroz. The former Invicta FC champion is 2-2 since rejoining the promotion in 2017. Hill, 31, is currently ranked No. 15 in the UFC’s 115-pound division, per its official contenders’ list, and sports a professional MMA record of 8-4.
