Aldo: McGregor should return to featherweight with his tail between his legs after embarrassing loss

A rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz is in the works for UFC 200, but former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo still hopes he gets the next crack at "The Notorious".

The Brazilian fighter, who lost his 145-pound belt to McGregor in December, is against the idea of booking the Irishman in a fight outside the featherweight division next, especially after his loss to Diaz in a welterweight contest at UFC 196.

"You will come back (to the featherweight division) with your tail between your legs after what happened, after that embarrassment," Aldo told Esporte Espetacular.
