Adam Borics crushes Aaron Pico with spectacular flying knee knockout

Adam Borics remained undefeated at Bellator 222 on Friday night at the expense of super prospect Aaron Pico, who suffered his second straight knockout loss.

The end came at 3:55 into the second round after Borics uncorked a spectacular flying knee that blasted Pico and sent him crashing to the mat after dominating the majority of the fight to that point. It marks the second consecutive knockout loss for Pico and the second time Borics has earned a win in Bellator with that same flying knee.

After being criticized for not using his wrestling much during the first six fights of his career, Pico turned to his grappling to put Borics on the mat, which is where he stayed for the majority of the fight.
