50 Cent has set a handsome monetary reward for the winner of the Bellator welterweight grand prix.

In late June, rapper 50 Cent first spoke about a “million-dollar deal” with Bellator MMA. On Thursday, the extent of this deal was made known to the public.

As announced by Bellator CEO Scott Coker himself, the company has partnered with 50’s “Get the Strap” clothing line. To make things more interesting, the rapper (named Curtis Jackson in real life) will be giving out $1 million to the winner of the upcoming Bellator welterweight grand prix.

“We are thrilled to partner with such a legendary icon who has been a friend to the Bellator family for quite some time,” Coker said in a press release (via MMANYTT).
