Bryce Meredith has given talent evaluators every reason to believe he can develop into a bantamweight contender for Bellator MMA and the Professional Fighters League.
The 29-year-old Wyoming native will put his 6-0 record on the line when he faces Jonathan Macalolooy as part of the Bellator Champions Series 4 undercard this Saturday at Pechanga Arena in San Diego. Meredith has finished four of his first six opponents, establishing himself as a person of interest in the 135-pound weight class. He last suited up at PFL 1, where he laid claim to a three-round unanimous decision—all three judges scored it 30-27 in his favor—over Ty Johnson on April 4.
