So far, Minnesota United scouts have traveled the world in search of potential new talent. Scandinavia clearly didn’t work out very well, so where are Loons scouts looking now?
According to various Twin Cities, media sources, Minnesota United have sent scouts to Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Belgium, and Ghana at some point this season, with scouting efforts likely increasing now that the season has ended. Notice anything in common with these places? These domestic leagues are loaded with young talent and employ very few aging veterans. This likely means that the Loons are looking to go young with their signings, which is a welcome sign for Minnesota fans.
