On August 2nd the best from the MLS will take on the 11-time (maybe 12, by then) European Champion, Real Madrid. Over the last 10-15 years the MLS has hosted some of the world’s biggest clubs. However, this summer in Chicago the league gets to showcase some of the brightest players in front of 61,000 fans and another global giant and their worldwide fan base.
After beating both Bayern Munich and Tottenham in prior years, the MLS side fell to Arsenal last summer 2-1. The voting has now opened for fans to have their say on which players deserve the chance to take on Madrid.
