It was the Christian Pulisic show on Thursday night for the USMNT. The 18-year-old scored two goals in the second half to propel the Americans to victory.
How it Happened
The first half was a deadlock as neither team found the back of the net despite a few close calls. Trinidad & Tobago came the closest to scoring as Kenwyne Jones saw his header glance off the crossbar.
It took the U.S. awhile to find the opening goal but it finally came in the 52nd minute. Darlington Nagbe did well to work his way into the box where he fed it to DeAndre Yedlin and the ensuing cross found Pulisic as the USWNT went up 1-0.
