The second leg of the Eastern Conference semifinals match up between Toronto F.C. and New York City F.C. turned into a rout on Sunday night.
For the first time in club history, Toronto F.C. will play for the Eastern Conference title, which starts next weekend. The club successfully defended their 2-0 aggregate advantage with a 5-0 rout of New York City F.C. at Yankee Stadium.
