I like the scheme Sam Polak sniffed out for MLS Soccer, bringing out the new parts of USA Gold Cup Version 2.0. The midfield four can soar forward after winning duels. Then they can feed the ball to solo F Jozey Altidore, if not feast on some goal shots themselves.
