All three points were up for grabs when the Los Angeles Galaxy visited Sporting Kansas City on Wednesday night. With the return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the Galaxy looked to have their striker provide the difference. And, typically, he did precisely that.
After missing the last two Galaxy fixtures due to suspension, Ibrahimovic appeared ready to help lead his club to victory. The Swedish center-forward was exactly what the Galaxy needed, recording a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory for the visitors. Both goals came in the second half with Favio Alvarez scoring in the 55th minute and Ibrahimovic following suit in the 86th minute.
