Los Angeles FC’s performance against the San Jose Earthquakes was nothing short of perfect and it did not take long for the traveling side to take the lead in this game. Once Carlos Vela netted inside the first 10 minutes, their position to win the match was never in any doubt, and it quickly became a case of how many goals they could get.
Vela threatened with every touch, Eduard Atuesta pulled every string, and Bob Bradley’s defense remained solid throughout. This was LAFC at their best. The Quakes, on the other hand, showed just how poor they are.
