It was a week filled with intrigue, how would teams handle the congested schedule and the added travel? Seattle, who didn’t have to travel, had the best week by far. Beating two playoff contenders, including Cascadian rivals Portland, puts them in good shape going into July.

Sam Kerr continues to be amazing, her and Megan Rapinoe are creating quite the MVP race in the league this season. Her late winner gave Sky Blue FC a huge three points against North Carolina.

Elsewhere it was the usual unpredictable league, filled with upsets, outstanding goals and a congested table.
