Week two of the MLS season pits the New England Revolution, fresh off an opening loss, against the Colorado Rapids, who skipped out on week one action.
In New England’s opening night loss at Philadelphia, the Revs played a stellar first 24 minutes before an early red card derailed victory hopes. The New England Revolution defended well, despite being down a man and having a debutant goalkeeper between the sticks, yet fell by a 2-0 scoreline.
The Colorado Rapids have yet to play in the MLS regular season, but has already seen competitive action in the CONCACAF Champions League against Toronto FC.
