The highlight reel from the Columbus Crew’s trip to the Montreal Impact will show numerous chances for the visitors. However, none of those scoring opportunities would result in a goal. It was an unlucky and frustrating result for a club who entered this weekend at the top of the Eastern Conference table.
It was, however, a big result for the Montreal Impact who have struggled ever since their 7-1 loss to Sporting Kansas City two weeks prior. Harry Novillo was the man of the day alongside goalkeeper Evan Bush. Novillo scored the lone goal of the match and gave the Impact a much-needed three points.
