A report from ESPN FC indicates that Carlos Vela appears to back on the radar of MLS clubs. The striker has been linked before to the American top flight, but has opted to stay in Europe. Vela is currently a member of Real Sociedad in La Liga, whose season is about to wrap up.
Among the clubs interested is Los Angeles FC who will make their debut next season. The future cross-town rivals, LA Galaxy have also been linked to the 28-year-old.
Vela has never played professionally in North America. He was a product of Chivas Guadalajara where he started his youth career, before moving to England at Arsenal.
