Week nine produced some interesting numbers for MLS attendance on the year. While the league put up the highest weekly number to date, the total average for 2017 fell just slightly, due to some clubs missing the high bars they set earlier in the season.

The season average fell by just around 140, due to a few clubs posting solid, but lower than average, numbers. Columbus posted their best attendance of the season at 17,336, lifting them above the New England Revolution who now sit in last place in the attendance table.
