Every year in Major League Soccer, there are teams that struggled the previous season and then flourish. It could be because of a dramatic offseason overhaul.
They may have underperformed the prior campaign and are now returning to their full potential. They might just be fulfilling their talent. Whatever the reason, it happens every season. And in 2019, there will be more bounce-back teams in MLS that recover from poor 2018s.
