Minnesota United earned their second straight win on Saturday afternoon against the Chicago Fire. The Loons were in control for most of the match, had the majority of the possession, as well as the better of the chances.
The first 30 minutes of the match were all Minnesota. Chicago did have a couple of chances towards the end of the first half, but the Loons were able to get to halftime at 0-0. The second half started as the first half did, and Loons went ahead after Ibson tapped in the loose ball in the 55th minute for his first MLS goal.
