Here are 3 things to watch for with the Loons when Sporting Kansas City heads up north to take on Minnesota United on Sunday:
Fatigue
Sporting KC will be on short rest for this match, as they played New York Red Bulls on Wednesday, and played their regular Starting XI. How much this will effect SKC remains to be seen.
It will be interesting to see if SKC has a different Starting XI against Minnesota, or if they’ll rely on their fatigued regular starters to get a result in Minneapolis.
Central Midfield
Rather than the Cronin-Ibson midfield pairing that Minnesota has gone with for the last couple matches, they may go back to the Cronin-Warner pairing for this matchup.
