Here are 3 things to watch for when Minnesota United take on the Houston Dynamo at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston.
A two-striker formation?
Earlier in the week, head coach Adrian hinted that a two-striker formation was coming, meaning that Minnesota’s two dynamic forwards, Christian Ramirez and Abu Danladi, could both be in the Starting XI.
Ramirez has been one of the league’s top goalscorers this season, in both volume and efficiency. Danladi meanwhile, was the #1 overall pick in January’s MLS SuperDraft, and has been one of the top rookies this season. Danladi did a great job filling in for Ramirez when he was injured, so it will be interesting to see what the two can do while both starting up top.
