For the first time in 2019, Los Angeles FC will face in-state rivals, the San Jose Earthquakes. Last year, it was all LAFC who won both meetings. This time around, on paper, the same result looks to be looming.
Following a week off, the Earthquakes will try and use their extra rest to overcome a LAFC side that had to rely on a late Walker Zimmerman winner to squeeze past a heavily depleted Real Salt Lake.
