Los Angeles FC continued their onslaught on the rest of MLS on Friday night as they saw off yet another elite Eastern Conference side, this time with a 4-3 victory over Atlanta United at the Banc of California Stadium.
Goals from all of their front three and Eduard Atuesta in a wild 12-minute spell were enough to see the Black and Gold past Atlanta. The Five Stripes made a spirited comeback, drawing to within one goal, and they will have some qualms about a few of the LAFC goals, but in the end, Bob Bradley’s side were just a little too strong, as they have been all year.
