Vancouver Whitecaps left-back defender Jordan Harvey entered the team’s record book on Wednesday as he recorded his 134 regular-season appearance with the Vancouver Whitecaps surpassing Gershon Koffie as the Caps member with the most regular-season games in the MLS.

The 32-year-old Californian left-back was traded to Vancouver in exchange for allocation money from the Philadelphia Union back in 2011. Since then, Harvey has established himself as a pillar of the Whitecaps defence, particularly under coach Carl Robinson and now he gets to be part of the Canadian team history.
“I think Kudo would be the first to say, that after that incident, he still wanted us to win.
