Los Angeles FC heads to Houston Dynamo on July 3 already eyeing a playoff spot. Houston must quickly reinstall the home fortress they enjoyed last season if they to reap any joy from the contest.
The Dynamo went 12-1-4 in Houston last year. So far this season the Dynamo have gone 5-2-0 at home. That doesn’t signal a crack in the fortress wall necessarily, but they have shown signs of vulnerability this season.
And with this vulnerability, Houston Dynamo face a growing juggernaut in Los Angeles FC. LAFC took off quickly in their inaugural season.
