The MLS Summer Transfer Window is closed, but the league roster freeze is still open until September 15. This means teams who engaged in negotiations during the window are still allowed to tie up loose strings on certain deals. One of the most recent deals that have leaked out, or technically two of them, was Argentina side San Lorenzo looking to buy both Michael Barrios and Maxi Urruti from FC Dallas.
FC Dallas have struggled this season compared to their 2016 stint. They currently sit on the outside looking in, finding themselves in seventh place in the Western Conference log jam.
