Not only did Donte DiVincenzo win the 2018 NCAA tournament's Most Outstanding Player award, but the sophomore guard delivered what might be the signature play in the Villanova Wildcats' 79-62 win over the Michigan Wolverines at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
At the 10:57 mark of the second half, DiVincenzo met Michigan guard Charles Matthews at the rim and denied Matthews' dunk attempt with an emphatic two-handed block.
DiVincenzo had two blocks on the night, which was equal to the combined total of the other 18 players who got on the floor. He finished with a game-high 31 points while also adding five rebounds and three assists to what was a memorable performance.
