Chicago Fire Vs Real Salt Lake: 3 things we learned – Deja-vu

The Chicago Fire were forced to settle for just a point at home once again on Saturday night as Real Salt Lake came to SeatGeek Stadium and earned a 1-1 draw.

Aleksandar Katai opened the scoring in the fifth minute from a free kick, curling his shot past Nick Rimando and into the back of the net. RSL would equalize at the half-hour mark from the spot when Albert Rusnak buried a penalty after Mo Adams had been called for a handball in the box. The draw continues Chicago’s home unbeaten run, but it’s only more dropped points in Bridgeview for the Fire.
