MLS Week Five action this Saturday night sees the Five Stripes of Atlanta United travel to fellow 2017 expansion side the Loons of Minnesota United. Last season, the teams split their two meetings with the road team taking all three points in their regular-season visit. They now do battle once again.
Atlanta enters the match at 2-1-0 and took last weekend off during the recent international break after defeating DC United and Vancouver on home turf to get the season back on track. Minnesota holds a 2-2-0 record after also taking the weekend off (they had an actual game at Red Bulls losing 3-0 in confused Loons defensive fashion) and have looked all over the place throughout the first four games of the season.
