Back on July 20th, Sounder’s winger Aaron Kovar went down injured during the US Open Cup quarterfinal against the LA Galaxy. In the 63rd minute, Kovar collided with Oniel Fisher and after being checked out by the medical staff for a long time, was taken off the field. Kovar ended up sustaining a fractured clavicle and was predicted to be out for roughly 6-8 weeks. And after 7 weeks, Kovar looks to be getting ready to make his return to the pitch.
